Pastoral care

Pastoral care at St Jude’s involves the members of the church body caring for others in many practical ways. There is a team which aims to attend to the needs of the parish in a number of ways:

  • Provision of meals for those in need including illness, accident, maternity etc
  • Transport for the elderly for medical or hospital treatment
  • Hospital visitation
  • Caring for the elderly or housebound through visits, practical care and phone calls

This team aids and enhances the work carried out daily by the clergy of St Jude’s.
