Bible studies at St Jude's

“For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart” Hebrews 4:12

The Bible

The Bible has a central position of authority in all the doings of St Jude’s and as such we love to get together and study, unpack, discuss and submit to God’s incredible story of saving people through Jesus. We meet at many different times and places throughout the week in order to make the Bible available to all who want to live a life with Jesus. There are more than 30 Bible study groups associated with St Jude’s meeting and praying in homes, halls and retirement villages throughout the highlands. These include a women’s group with a crèche for pre school-age children (Wednesday 10:30 am – 12pm), evening groups for men and working women, a youth group on Friday nights and numerous mixed groups.

For details regarding a particular group or time contact:

As a part of the body of Christ, we believe the Bible to be the authentic words of God. Not simply powerful literature but living words capable, through the power of God’s Holy Spirit, of transforming lives.
